We offer free UK delivery for online purchases (unless otherwise stated):
Postable Items
Please allow 3-5 working days for us to package and send items out to you.
PLEASE NOTE: All postage is for UK Mainland only (Excluding Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Ireland), please get in touch with us first if you live outside of the UK Mainland, as we would be happy to calculate shipping/delivery rates to you. We do not ship/deliver to PO Boxes.
If the product displays 'Contact Only', these items are already on sale at our shop premises, so we will need to arrange payment and P&P with you.
We ensure all items are carefully packaged so you can have peace of mind that they reach you in the same condition as it left us.
Courier Items
For larger items sold through the website; we will use a courier service to get your items shipped to you, times and estimates will be dependent on your location and we will arrange this with you!
Collection Only
Collection is from the shop at the Malthouse Collective in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Please get in touch if you prefer to organise your own courier.
Because of the nature of our business; we have some products that cannot be covered for damage through our usual channels for shipping, for example; any fragile items (glass/mirror etc.) will 'require contact', so they will be for collection only. These details will be outlined in said product page.
