Goods
Customers should satisfy themselves with the product description and images provided and we'll do all we can to provide the necessary information on condition of item. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us.
- We do not sell reproductions; everything we sell is original and often unique.
- As our items have age, there will be age-related signs of wear and condition will be reflective of this, which give our products their characteristics and historical value.
- The customer is responsible for testing electrical items purchased from us by a qualified electrician.
- Stash reserves the right to cancel a transaction.
Refunds/Returns & Issues (Online Sales UK)
Because of the nature of our business, selling items that are irreplaceable, we only offer refunds/returns if an item is faulty/defective or not as described. Any items to be returned (within 14 days) should be in the same condition as it was sold/left us. All P&P costs are taken on by the customer.
- We do not accept refunds on reduced price items, gift cards or items bought or collected from our outlet at the Malthouse Collective in Stroud.
- We do not accept returns for international orders
Cancellations and Costs Deducted
It will be at our discretion to refund any monies paid or accept items if cancelled by the customer, so please be sure of purchasing from our website before ordering.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you will be charged for any costs incurred by us such as postage if this has been purchased already as well as the transaction fees:
As you can appreciate, as a small business, parcelling up items and organising shipping takes up time and we cannot chase couriers for refunds, we will prove these purchase costs if requested, although the cost of our produces include postage and packaging, these costs are paid for by us. Our time is also spent packaging and sending these items to you.
- The transaction fee will be withheld as we are not refunded this amount, so full payment won’t be paid if the customer decides to cancel the transaction.
- If the item has been sent in the post already, and we have agreed to accept the return, the customer takes full responsibility for shipping costs to them and the return shipping costs. We can clarify these costs.
So please take note, all refunds will include any deductions we have incurred such as transaction feels and postage costs. As a small business we are unable to shoulder these costs, so we please ask that customers to take responsibility and ensure they are happy to proceed with their order before purchasing. Damage/Loss in Transit (UK Only)
In the unfortunate event that your item be damaged in transit, we will endeavour to help the customer resolve any issues with the postal/courier service.
- We cannot accept liability for international deliveries; because of the nature of our business and the products we sell.
- We do not accept liability for any delays in shipments to you including customs delays or if the address you have provided is incorrect/incomplete.
